Berean Bible College
Berean Bible College Est. l97l
Founded by Dr. George and Rita Evans, in
September 1971, BBC has been equipping
Christian laborers with a biblical foundation for
more than 35 years.
Originally housed in San Diego, Berean
moved its campus to the lovely suburb of
Poway, CA in 1991. The BBC campus is
now located on the property of Living Way
Church. Rev. Douglas Balcombe, Senior
Pastor of Living Way Church, serves as
President of our institution.
From its inception the vision of our founder
and President Emeritus, Dr. G. E. Evans has
been to provide an institution that encompsses
the diversity of the entire
Christian community,teaching and training
those desiring to serve God more effectively.
Currently a variety of denominations are
represented in the faculty as well as the
student body. Local pastors are invited to
instruct classes in their areas of expertise,
challenging and educating students
regardless of denomination.
